5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of live animals, all sales are final.
• We do not accept returns or offer refunds once a reptile has been shipped, except in cases where our live arrival guarantee applies.
• In the rare event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), we may offer a replacement or store credit, but refunds are not guaranteed.
